Book a call
Talk to the person who builds it.
If you would rather ask than read — about what the assistant actually does, about connecting HealthPal AI or Ledger, about putting the receptionist on a business line, or about whether any of this fits how you work — pick a time below and we will ring you.
None of those times any good, or would rather write? Open a draft to info@passistant.com.au with the same questions already in it.
Three steps, and the first one is picking a time.
You pick a time
Half an hour, weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Queensland time, as far ahead as a fortnight. Only times that are actually free are shown — nothing is greyed out, and the one you take closes for everybody else the moment you take it. If you are not in Queensland the page also says what the time is where you are.
You answer five things
The business name, a number, an email, the website, and two taps: how many people work there and roughly how many calls come in a week. Those last two are what decide whether the answer is "yes, easily" or "that is more than this does", and answering them before the call makes it a different call.
We ring you
At the time you picked, on the number you gave. The confirmation email has a calendar entry in it, and replying to that email is how you move it or cancel — there is no booking to log into and no account to make.
Before you ask.
- Who you get
- The person who builds the software. There is no sales team and no call centre — this is one small Australian company, and the call is with it.
- What it costs
- Nothing. A call is not a quote, a trial or a sign-up, and there is no step afterwards where a price appears.
- How long
- Half an hour is held for it. Ten minutes to ask one thing is a perfectly good use of that, and nobody will keep you on the phone for the other twenty.
- What time it is here
- We are in Queensland: AEST, UTC+10. Queensland does not use daylight saving, so a time agreed in September still means the same thing in November.
- If none of the times suit
- Email instead and say when does. The grid only offers weekday business hours a fortnight out, which is not everybody — earlier, later or further ahead is a question, not a problem.
One thing to leave out
Please keep health records, account numbers and passwords out of the form and out of the email. What you type is stored so the time can be held for you and emailed to us so we know to ring, and neither is the place for any of them. Nothing about booking a call needs them — if your question does, say so and we will handle it on the call instead.
Would rather type than talk?
Support answers the same questions in writing, and the same address reaches the company for privacy requests, partnerships and anything else. A call is an option, not the only door.
