PAssistant · The centre of the ecosystem

A personal AI that runs on your own Mac.

Tell PAssistant what you want in an ordinary sentence and it does it: moves the task, sets the reminder, reads the inbox and drafts the reply, keeps checking the page you asked it to watch. It runs on your own machine around the clock, works while you are somewhere else, and cannot send, move or delete anything until you say so.

Demo · sample data

Try it. A working demo with sample data — tap through it as you would the real thing. Nothing is saved and nothing leaves the page. Ask the assistant to move your overdue tasks.

Say the sentence. It does the work.

That is what separates an assistant from an app: you do not open a screen and fill in a form. Four moments from an ordinary day, in its own words — and under each one, what it actually did.

  1. 7:02 am — you did not ask for this

Morning. Two things are overdue — the accountant statements and the car rego — and you have four events today, the first at 9:30. Want me to move anything?

It read the day while you were asleep and sent this to Telegram. Nothing was opened, tapped or scheduled by you.

  2. Move the overdue tasks to tomorrow

Moved both overdue tasks to tomorrow 9 am. They’re off the Overdue card.

It moved them. It did not hand you a list of things to go and move yourself — that is the whole difference between this and a to-do app.

  3. How’s the flight watch?

The Jetstar OOL→NRT fare is $1,040, down $60 since Monday — I’ll tell you when it’s under $900. The Garmin is still $629. Say “watch …” to add another.

You asked once. It has been checking every six hours since, on its own, and will message you the moment the answer changes.

  4. Anything in my inbox?

4 emails since yesterday. The one that matters: Dana (accountant) is ready for the Q1 statements. Bupa’s renewal is 14 Oct. I don’t send anything without you confirming it.

It reads the inbox, decides which one matters and writes the reply. It cannot send it. That last sentence is a rule in the software, not a promise on a website.

None of those replies were written for this page. The demo further down opens with the first one and gives back the other three, word for word, when you press the same three questions — so you can check every line above by scrolling and asking. The same conversation runs on Telegram, so the answer reaches you whether you are at the machine or not.

What it covers

Twelve areas it can be told to act on.

  • Tasks

What needs doing, when, and what is overdue — one list the assistant reads, updates and rolls forward when a repeat comes round.

  • Calendar

Events and commitments alongside your tasks in one month view, kept in step with your Apple Calendar in both directions.

  • Email

Reads your inbox, tells you what matters, drafts the reply — and sends only when you confirm it.

  • Messages and calls

Your messages and recent calls in the same picture as everything else, with replies that go out only on your say-so.

  • Reminders

Timed nudges for the things that must not slip, delivered to Telegram where you will actually see them.

  • Morning briefing and daily review

What today holds, sent before you start; what slipped, asked about at the end — answer in plain words and it files the rest.

  • Monitors

Tell it what to keep an eye on — a page, a price, a delivery — and it checks on a schedule and tells you when something changes.

  • Agents

Routine follow-through done on its own: the small recurring steps that otherwise take a person to remember.

  • Notes and memory

The things you want kept and referred back to, and context that builds up over time so it does not start from nothing each day.

  • Study

Subjects, assignments, due dates and grades, next to the calendar they have to fit around.

  • Focus

Say you are heading into something and it holds the noise; say you are back and it catches you up.

  • Health and finance

A daily health summary from HealthPal AI and a financial picture from Ledger, when you choose to connect them.

Ecosystem

The centre of the ecosystem.

HealthPal AI and Ledger each stand on their own. When you choose to connect one, it shares a read-only summary with PAssistant over a link you can revoke at any time — giving the assistant a wider view of your day without moving your records anywhere.

HealthPal AI and Ledger each feed a summary into PAssistant, which is designed to connect outward to Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Email, Reminders, Automations.
